Our team is here to help you reach your potential & build a life you’re proud of
At our practice, we fully understand that each patient arrives with their own unique set of experiences, emotions, and challenges that shape their mental health journey. We take great pride in offering specialized support for individuals dealing with ADHD, trauma or PTSD, maternal mental health issues, as well as former athletes. Our welcoming and supportive environment is designed for you to openly explore your feelings, identify effective coping strategies, and work thoughtfully through the specific challenges you encounter. We are genuinely dedicated to walking alongside you every step of the way on your personal journey towards healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
The goal of therapy is for you to no longer need it. Together with your therapist, you will create a treatment plan that helps you identify specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound goals. We require all new clients to meet weekly for the first 4 sessions. During your fourth session, you & your therapist will decide what frequency best honors your needs. Our minimum frequency of sessions for engagement is to be seen 1x every 3 weeks. Dropping to sessions less than 1x every 3 weeks is a good indicator you are ready to graduate from counseling.
A 60 minute therapeutic hour is our standard practice, with 50-53 minutes of direct service time. Upon request, we do offer 30 minute sessions for those with inflexible working schedules or limited privacy.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic therapy helps people understand the unconscious issues that lead to emotional pain. By looking at childhood, unresolved issues, and relationship patterns, individuals can gain insight into their behaviors and feelings. Regular sessions allow free expression of thoughts and emotions, uncovering hidden conflicts. The therapist creates a safe environment for reflection, emphasizing how past relationships impact current ones. This understanding improves relationships and coping methods. Overall, the therapy promotes self-awareness and acceptance, leading to a more satisfying life by addressing deeper psychological concerns.
